Return Policy

I want to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, our return policy is really straightforward.

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

• Condition: All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and accessories are included.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at Jaylen.pott@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • You will then receive a return authorization and instructions for sending back the item.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, a prepaid return shipping label can be provided upon request.

• Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
